Mental Health Support

It is so important to look after your mental health. Whether you are a student or parent, there are a range of support services out there to support you with your mental health.

This year, Northwood School has partnered with James Peterson to launch our very own Mental Health Choices Framework. This is designed to give all staff, students and parents a shared language and common practical strategies for managing our mental health. All our staff, students and parents were offered the opportunity to attend training with James, where he inspired us with the framework:

Thinking Together about Parenting Teens Workshop

On June 25th, we also have experienced Psychotherapists: Robyn Saffer (BACP) and Laura Herman (BACP/UKCP) coming in to deliver a fantastic ante-adolescent workshop for our year 7 and 8 parents
